Bartlett is an experienced IT executive and technology strategist with more than a decade of leadership experience serving a religious institution, where he currently serves as Director of Information Technology and Virtual CIO. In this role, he provides strategic technology leadership and hands-on oversight for a complex, distributed organization supporting approximately 100+ parishes and 15+ schools.
His experience spans enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technology, vendor and contract management, budgeting, technology procurement, and organizational support. Justin has led major technology initiatives designed to modernize systems, strengthen cybersecurity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs. Through strategic vendor negotiations, technology consolidation, process improvements, and infrastructure planning, he has generated more than $1 million in savings while continuing to improve the level and consistency of IT services provided to its organizations.
Justin combines executive-level planning with practical technical expertise. His work includes developing IT policies and standards, implementing remote management and support solutions, overseeing network and security infrastructure, managing technology vendors, and providing technology consultation to schools, parishes, and leadership teams.
